General/ Technical
Will there be connectivity costs or ongoing costs?
There is no connectivity cost for iziteleradiology solutions. All we require is minimal involvement of your IT department to establish connection between your modality (Digital X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI etc) and 'izi uploader'. 'izi uploader' will be installed, maintained and completely paid by us.
Will there be lengthy set up process?
No, our actual setup takes few hours to complete. As soon as the connection is established, the transfer of studies and reporting can begin. Although timeframe varies depending on individual circumstances and requirements etc. Once all paper formalities have been completed, we take immediate action to provide reporting services.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
There is no minimum volume requirement. Simply send work , when it is required and the remote reporting connection remains in place free of charge during contract period.
What about turnaround time?
Turnaround time is agreed with each customer depending on the required modality / study volume etc. We provide quick response to our teleradiology requests. In most cases our TAT remains 1 to 4 hours. Some cases needs more time to read, in which we strongly remain in contact with referring client. Can I send patient old documents/ reports etc to iziteleradiology?
Yes, you can. There is option in study uploader for this. You can attach patient's old reports, documents, JPG images etc. Before attaching, you must convert documents in PDF format as only pdf is acceptable. Images can be attached in JPG/PNG formats.
What are your work timings?
We are usually available from Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 7PM. However, we also work on weekends and holidays if a customer signed in agreement to pay for such days/ timings.

What are the pricing options for teleradiology services
There are many pricing options , varies from modality to modality and different studies in same modality. However, in all, our pricing are more competitive.

You can make payment by many method available i.e. NEFT, Net banking, Cash deposit at bank etc.

What if I want to quit service?
Any registered user for online telereporting can quit any time by giving 30 days notice. All dues must be clear before giving notice.
